Standard Portable Conveyor – Model PC
The GreyStone Standard Portable Conveyor is offered in lengths of 50, 60, 70, and 80 feet with belt widths of 24, 30, 36, and 42 inches. All units come with heavy duty tubular steel undercarriage and are fully adjustable up to 20 degrees.

Heavy Duty Portable Conveyor – Model RSH
For special needs, GreyStone also makes a foldable portable conveyor. Standard models are available in lengths of 100, 110, and 120 feet. All GreyStone Heavy Duty Portable Conveyors are available with a side-fold or top-fold option and are equipped with the GreyStone "Quick Start" assembly features.

Radial Stacker – Model RS
The hardest worker in the GreyStone Conveyor line. Available in lengths of 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120 feet with belt widths of 24, 30, 36, and 42 inches.

Tower Radial Stacker – Model TS
For maximum performance, GreyStone builds the Tower Radial Stacker. This rugged conveyor is available in lengths of 100 feet up to 150 feet with belt widths of 24, 30, 36, 42, and 48 inches.

“The Miner” Gold Mining System
"The Miner" uses a mix of custom-designed conveyors and a unique radial stacker design, to make the leach pad style of gold processing more efficient. The system allows the customer to use the retreat style of material handling for maximum flexibility.

GreyStone has designed some unique features into the heart of their Radial Stacker. GreyStone's goal was to produce a tough and reliable machine which would not bog down in tough terrain or have undercarriage problems which have been a concern for many gold producers.

The big, and tough advantage of the GreyStone telescopic Radial Stacker is the 8-tire, four-wheel, planetary-style drive system. It moves over all types of terrain and is still able to evenly distribute material. Another important feature of the GreyStone Radial Stacker is the telescoping feature found at the end of the stacker. The GreyStone machine will allow you to extend, or retract, an additional 20 feet without moving the machine or adding conveyors. Customers like that feature because of the time it saves them.

Controls for this large conveyor are all located in one central place and can be operated by one man. GreyStone uses a combination of hydraulic and electrical engineering to make the machine respond smoothly and efficiently. Everything is located right next to the drive system and everything can be operated safely from there.

The Miner System also includes two other major components. The first component is a series of smaller conveyors called "intermediate conveyors" which are arranged in sequence from the ore source. These conveyors, built to specification and available in lengths from 50 to 100 feet, pass the material in sequence to a shuttle belt conveyor which is located immediately before the Radial Stacking Conveyor. The charging hopper found on the charging conveyor has a 100-foot travel distance and, when combined with the telescoping feature of the radial stacker, the machine can cover a 120-foot distance without being moved.

The "Miner" includes an 8-Tire Drive System with Automatic Travel Mode and Micro Brake System.
